Greentech Is Selected As 2012 Lighting Manufacturer’s Representative of the Year

EverLast® Lighting Honors Greentech with Manufacturer’s Recognition for Outstanding Achievement

JACKSON, MICHIGAN – February 7th, 2013 – Greentech of Ventura, California has been an authorized representative of EverLast® Lighting since 2009, and in 2012 they were recognized as EverLast®’s 2012 Manufacturer’s Representative of the Year.  “EverLast®’s partnership with Greentech has been instrumental in terms of our business growth as we teach our clients about actions their business can take to save money in areas of energy and lighting.  We help discover financial resources, rebates and grants to implement energy efficient lighting,” stated Dan Grumney, President of Greentech.  “We have relied on EverLast® throughout California, and time and time again they exceed building specifications and Title 24 state codes while providing one of the most cost effective and easiest ways for our clients to reduce their carbon footprint and enjoy a significant savings on their energy and maintenance bills.”

Over the course of 2012, Greentech has been responsible for installations such as California State University Chico, California State University San Bernadino, University of California Davis, Sierra Vista Hospital, Monterey Airport, City of Half Moon Bay, City of Bakersfield, the Marine Corps Base in Twentynine Palms, and grossed well over 1 million dollars in sales.

“All you can ask for as a manufacturer is a representative who professionally and enthusiastically tells your story in the marketplace.  Greentech is that company.  Perfectly balancing exceptional account management and new business generation; makes them a huge asset to us as a company.  They are respected in their marketplace and have a reputation of being diligent and trustworthy,” said Brandon Marken, Vice President of Sales for EverLast® Lighting.  “With all due respect to our other partners, they’re the kind of representative you hope you can have in every territory.  More importantly than how they represent us as a manufacturer, is how they champion the cause of their customers.

EverLast® induction light fixtures are 50-70% more energy efficient than metal halides and last up to 100,000 hours, making them virtually maintenance free for up to 10 years. In addition, the commercial lighting fixtures are also available with a dimmable option, providing even more energy savings while areas are vacant.

“Greentech has gone above and beyond what we look for in a manufacturer’s representative and deserves this recognition based on their loyalty to EverLast®,” commented Bryan Schultz, Regional Sales Manager of EverLast® Lighting.  “Dan Grumney, and Greentech have set the standard for representative sales and innovative practices in the 2012 year.”
