By Bosch
JACKSON,
MICHIGAN – June 26th, 2014 – EverLast®
Lighting, Inc., the leading manufacturer of energy-efficient lighting solutions
for roadway, parking structure, facility and area lighting applications
launched its highly anticipated new Digital Induction system collaboratively
developed with Robert Bosch, LLC.
“Through
state of the art lamp manufacturing processes and digital electronic
innovations designed by EverLast® and Bosch; Tesleon® is now the market leader boasting
110 lumens per watt. Bolt on modular
control hardware, and overdesigning a lighting solution to compensate for
source degradation is a thing of the past,” commented Alex Orr, Vice President
of Sales at EverLast® Lighting, Inc.
“Through this partnership we have created a new genre in the industry, with
an onboard CPU and additional wireless control features.”
Through the use of intelligent power management,
innovative lamp manufacturing processes and proprietary phosphor blends, the
Tesleon® System boasts a lumen maintenance curve of LM-85 at 100,000 hours and will
give reluctant consumers an alternate to the volatile LED product options.
German engineering united with American innovation means
a rugged, optimized, reliable lighting solution not seen before in the lighting
industry. With automotive grade component life cycle testing and domestic
manufacturing standards, the Tesleon® system operates with a failure rate of under
10 parts per million; backed by a 10 year guarantee.
“Controlling the upstream supply chain doesn’t only mean
controlling processes, it also ensures using only the highest quality raw
materials. With Telseon® digital induction systems powered by Bosch, our
engineers have specified and utilized only the highest grade glass, phosphors,
processors and electronics components,” explained Paul Wickett, Vice President
of Engineering, at Tesleon. “Tesleon® Digital
Induction drivers are truly the first ballast with an aggressive, active power
quality management system specifically designed to take on the challenges of
today’s grid problems.”
EverLast® digital induction light fixtures are 50-70%
more energy efficient than high pressure sodium and metal halides and are rated
up to 100,000 hours, making them virtually maintenance free for up to 15 years.
In addition to providing a more natural and high color rendition light quality
the EverLast® induction lighting fixtures are also available with an onboard
wired and wireless dimming options, providing even more material cost and
energy savings. “We couldn’t be more
enthused about our EverLast® lines paired with the Tesleon system,” Orr
explained. “Bosch has exceeded
expectations, engineering a digital induction system greatly enhances the
performance of our already renowned fixtures.”
The EverLast® induction fixtures are commonly used in
large scale facilities and can be found installed in COBO Hall in Detroit,
Michigan, the Tulsa Expo Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and Lambeau Field, home of
the Green Bay Packers in Green Bay, Wisconsin.
